Arsenal tickets.
« on: February 29, 2012, 06:22:08 PM »
Anyone have a clue what's going on here?

Been trying to get some this afternoon as according to the O/S people with away booking history can now buy them and I booked a Wigan ticket through this.

So log in and apparently haven't got the correct priviledges to buy them? Have we sold out? And if so will we be taking the second allocation as we've only take 1.5k tickets for this game surprisingly.

If it's due to incorrect privileges, it's worth ringing them up and asking them about it, once it said that I didn't have enough booking history even though I did, so I rang up the ticket office and the bloke "updated my history" which worked fine.

Yeah that's the message I'm getting.

Bizarre as I didn't get this when I was purchasing Wigan tickets just two weeks ago.

Think it might say at the top of screen 'unavailable to purchase online at this time' or something like that. I noticed it yesterday.
