For the sake of Aston villa!
« on: June 14, 2011, 07:21:44 AM »

Please please please if Alex mcleish is the man randy chooses and it looks like he is then gets get behind the manager, the chairman and the team- for the good of Aston villa!

All this talk about protests etc makes us look like a joke and laughing stock and if that's the way our fans want to act then no decent manager or player worth his salt would be interested in coming here.

Get behind randy and mcleish and let's see where it takes us before passing judgement- I love this club and this in fighting is hurting us.

Appointing Alex McLeish makes us look like a laughing stock. I just hope sanity prevails and we don't.
I wouldn't suggest protests but I can understand fans wanting to vent their frustration at what would be a massively shit idea.

For the sake of my sanity stop reacting to every hint, rumour and downright bullshit.

When we make an appointment I will decide how I am going to react, until then I don't need to be told how to behave.

If or When we appoint him, i'm sure the majority of fans will get behind him, because we'll have to.

Until then, if fans of this club don't think he's the right man, and many many don't, don't begrudge them the opportunity of telling the board they think they've got it wrong.

Do you really need to decide how to react?  Surely you back the club throughout thick and thin whatever the circumstances?

Big difference between criticism and boycotting the club and sending tickets back as many have claimed they will do chris.

Eastie. Turn SSN news off and calm down, please. This doesn't need a new thread.
