Nice to hear Benjamin Zephaniah saying he is a Villa fan on the Radio 4 book programme today.
Just sorta slipped it in...

Seen him giving someone a brief tour outside the Holte/ Trinity corner of the ground before the Fulham match, he may have even mentioned McGregor (though the memory could be playing tricks there).

So like Nige (and unlike most of our other well known fans) he does actually attend matches.

I was speaking with a good friend of his this evening, poet Richard Grant. He said Benjamin was absolutely Villa mad.
