Season tickets renewing online

Sorry to make a new topic, but I've just gone onto the e-ticketing section of avfc.co.uk and I'm getting -

This event is no longer onsale through the ETickets site. Always check onsales dates for all events to make sure that you don't miss out on any match tickets.

Am I missing something or have I missed the deadline for online renewals?

Bit annoying as the ticket office is now shut if that is the case, guess I'll have to get up super early tomorrow!

The deadline for keeping your current seat finished yesterday.

I renewed yesterday and had the same message, but I believe you need to login with your client number and it'll work.
