Special praise for Mings.  Has been brilliant tonight

If Mings doesn’t get that touch to divert the ball wide off that header, it’s a different game.

Mings is imperious tonight
Absolutely superb

What an incredible result. I'll take that with great pleasure. Mings MOTM for me.

Yes. Back to his best
And quite right too!

I'm seeing any away wins as preparation for Preston away from now on. Feel for any own-goal scorer, though, in any game.

Final whistle: well done lads!

The game was decided by 2 defensive moments, Mings at risk of putting into his own net trying to clear pulls off a spectacular goal line clearance, their guy desperate to cut out a very good cross couldn't match it and put into the top corner.

I thought overall Brugge were very decent but supposed that’s what you get at his level.

Cliche but there are really are no bad teams at this stage of the competition

We rode our luck, but who cares.

The changes that Unai made did the job.

He put Kamara at RB.
Pushed Cash forward and both the cross for the OG and the pen came down our right.

Never doubt Unai.

And don't forget  Obaba, Malen, Garcia and Onana weren't in the squad.

Who is Obaba? Onana's twin?

Our options off the bench are incredible.
