Do we need Spurs to lose tomorrow regardless of our result tonight? Or does win/draw seal 4th for us  tonight? Or just a win?

Tom Hanks has just walked past with Chris Heck.

Did you say hello?

League Cup Dec 2002. Finally kicked off after 9pm. I'm sure Doug did an announcement on the PA which didn't go down well. I also remember an announcement near the end of normal time for the Liverpool fans that there would be no extra trains back to Liverpool so they were fucked. We made it 3-3 near the end, they scored a winner right at the end of normal time.

And the delay was down to the club not expecting thousands to turn up and buy tickets on the night making it close to capacity, we didn't have enough ticket staff to deal with that and pre-ordered ticket collection. Doug blamed fans for turning up rather than the club for not having enough staff.

I remember that - the Trinity was moving underneath us, such was the celebration. Crazy night!

If he was I'm going to have some serious regrets about certain fantasies I've had.
