I'm really coming to the conclusion that managers are unimportant. You could put me in charge.

If your players are good, you'll win.

At least Gerrard can attract good ones.

That second half performance was dire. Great 15 at the end of the first half though. Watkins offers nothing at present. Doug's been poor. Set pieces both attacking and defending were largely poor. McGinn invisible.
