A fair assessment as ever Mr Woodhall.

Given our history and continued incinsistency, I somehow half expected us to balls it up after winning last weekend.

Still, before the ManU match I'm sure most of us would have been happy with 2 draws and 2 points from trips to Old Trafford and The Levy Folly so 3 points is probably a better than expected return.

Excellent summation of the situation.  As General Dwight D Eisenhower once said famously "Even Rome was not built in a day".

Whet stuck out for me was the change from the previous week, I reckon we played more long balls out of defence on Sunday than we did for the previous month. Last week we built from the backline Sunday we had to watch Mings lazily hit long balls down the line only to see Spurs mop up. Not sure where Mings mind was but it wasn't on the game.
