Help needed with on-line ticket purchase

Trying to buy a West Ham ticket on our website and after selecting the ticket and being directed to the payment page I continuously keep getting this message

track', 'Purchase', { value: undefined, currency: 'GBP' });


Tried the usual log out/log back in/ select another seat etc -  been trying since 5 o'clock now and getting desperately close to that "fuck it, just can't be arsed with this bollox" moment.
Anyone know of any problems with the website etc.

If you're on a phone try it on desktop mode. That worked for me once when I was struggling to get the site to work. If no luck, I would take a screenshot of the problem and PM it to AVFC Support on Twitter, if you're on Twitter. If you're not, maybe ask someone who is to do it for you.

I've just sent your issue to them on Twitter in case there is a generic response. I can see at least one other person has the same issue so it isn't just you... not that that helps much.

Thanks CD I've noticed that the available tickets for each block don't seem to be dropping so I wouldn't be surprised if its not our awful website. I know there are world-wide social media issues at present but I don't think they're linked to this lot.

I am having issues at the pay stage as well.  I accept the terms and conditions, but then it doesn't connect when I press pay.  I do find it a very irritating site to use at times.

Hopefully you guys are sorted, but worth noting the international problems with what’s app, Facebook, Instagram presumably relate to some underlying big error, if the Villa software depended on something in common, that could be an issue for everyone. No response on @AVFCSupport but 4 people with same issue.

Website now stating tickets "on sale soon" so I assume that's their way of saying its our website portal is down.

Has it signed you out?  If you are a Claret / Cubs member then you should have been able to buy this evening.  If not or it has signed you out, it will say on sale soon.

I'm a claret and you go through the whole process until the last page (payment) and it kicks you out - most annoying and still showing as "on sale soon" on webpage whereas at the time they were available.
