From a thread about Villa Supporters Clubs that hasn't been updated for a while but you could try sending an email and seeing if he knows of any plans to watch the game in the pub...

Worked down there all last year...didn’t see any Villa but went to MacKenzies Bar a few times and they have a few screens showing football.

Watched it in the hotel bar with a Leeds fan and a Boro fan. The Leeds fan loudly proclaimed that their name's on the trophy and he'd see me at Wembley. Oops.
