Perhaps the only tricks missed were the holte pub, the gas lamp and the statue. Good article

Worth a read, but agree a few tricks missed.  The history of the club is truly unique, yet there is no mention of William McGregor and the statue dedicated to him.  You would be hard pressed to describe Aston as anything but 'frayed and tired', but then you would be as equally hard pressed to find a football ground in the country in a setting like this:

as for the final picture, I always like seeing pictures of VP at night and that is a good picture.  Just looking at it though, the North Stand does need an upgrade.

This article is produced by my dear friend Daniel Kendall who is a Burnley supporter.  He's a great lad and has a passion for football photography.  The photograph of the back of the head of the bloke at the burger bar is actually my dad!

The article was for the planet football website. They have heavily edited the original draft.  Dan commented to me that he wanted to put put further "Villa loveliness" but the website wouldnt allow it.

To see Dan's work further, he has a website called http://www.thisismylove.co.uk which displays a wondeful portfolio of football photos.
