Yes. May be one way is to get rid of every player who has been at the club in the last 5 seasons?

As ever, a measured analysis of the game.

I agree it's too early to be calling for RDM's head, but how long can the club wait before doing something if this sort of form continues?

I find it bewildering that we buy a forward who has a record of scoring goals and play him wide and only play him in the middle late in the game when we've already gone into our shell and are fending off attack after attack because we're playing too deep. This surely must be down to RDM to sort out?

RDM totally out thought by the Brentford management.

Yup, despite the new players we don't have the swagger that we should have, a few exceptions being Ayew, Jack and Kodja.

Like everyone else, I thought we would be at least mid-table after 7 games, but I agree with Dave that getting rid of RDM is very short sighted and really, really unlikely. If we are in the bottom half at Xmas, I may change my mind. I still think the biggest problem is that we did not get the new players in on July 1, so a lot of our first 11/16/18 are still getting to know each other. At this stage I'm still trying to be optimistic.

Excellent piece Dave. We are a really nervous club at the moment, boy would a win change things!  Doesn't matter how.

If only games only lasted 85 minutes we'd be in the top few.   Agree it's daft to be calling for RDM to go when you consider the massive turnover of playing staff and injuries, but his apparent lack of tactical adaptability is a bit of a concern.   I also think there were many who thought he hadn't strengthened well enough at Keeper, Centre Mid and possibly Centre Back, and those areas do seem to be at the root of many of our issues.
