We keep hearing from failed managers and their cronies about how it's all down to lack of investment.  That may be part of the challenge, but I don't think the likes of Albion, Swansea, Palace, Stoke, West Ham and Leicester have had massive investment either.  Yet their managers seem to be able to sned out teams that look like they have a clue and pick up results with the players they have.  Which goes to show what bollocks it all is.
