Ticket office stupidity
« on: February 24, 2017, 01:55:23 PM »
They have Rotherham returns but will not sell one to me as I don't meet the criteria wig when they originally sold out not enough credits as a st holder   So as I said you would rather they go unsold.   Bizzare.  They whole system is tits up I have been to 8 always but only have 2 showing as my credits as people from the away scheme and the like have only been too happy to sell on.  Rant over

I'd like to go to the Rotherham game (less than an hour from home) but have insufficient awayday credits ...

An example of a Catch 22 situation, how do you get enough credits if you can't get a ticket because you haven't enough credits? Best seek advice from Yossarian or Major Major.

I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with this system, and there's literally no other way to do it.

Plus the fact that to 99.9% of supporters believe the allocation is sold out. I only found out by ringing the club and asking if they had any returns.

It is officially sold out. It's up to people like you ring and see if there are any returns.

How does it work generally on away games? I'm a non season ticket holder but got tickets for QPR - presume it was a bigger allocation and not enough ST holders wanted to go (was near Xmas). I enjoyed it - hadn't been away since late 80's/early 90's

Agreed, really can't see what the problem is.
