Mr Lerner decided to celebrate another Christmas as the owner of Aston Villa by building a roaring fire with his free copies of The Second Half which blazed merrily in his hearth.
His reverie was broken by the sound of a turnip hitting his window.
He flung open the window. It was Bob Crachit.
