I'd leave it as it is personally - if people come on the site looking to find out which fixtures have been moved, a thread called "Fixture Changes" tells them what they need to know better than the tenth page of one called "2014/15".

Well, that's my Klout score shafted for yet another week.

Arse. School reunion part 2 is the day of the Citeh home game. The late kick off means it is too late for me to travel down to it after the game.

Missing that too due to stag weekend. The one time I hope a game moves to Monday night of course they don't oblige.

Sad thing is I'd quite happily miss Man U at home. Hate those games.

I'm pretty sure that when we celebrated our Centenary, against Dirty Leeds in one of Brian Clough's few victories with that team, it was just done pre-season in 1974, rather than targeted at any specific date.

Fcking typical Villa. Even then.

Weddings are much more fun than football.

Discuss? Long boring periods punctuated by eye-catching appearances, booze breaks, snacks, memorable incidents, amusing mistakes, chats with friends and strangers in the crowd and, of course, scoring or clean sheets.

We had some major event v Spurs in the late 90s I remember, towards the end of the season aswell.

Was that 100 years at Villa Park or something? It was featured on one of the season reviews.

It was 100 years at Villa Park, commemorated in 1997. Match was preceded by an Old Stars game between Villa and Blackburn as they were the first visiting team at VP.

Just checked and the Leeds Centenary game was on 7th August 1974.

I was there. Leeds were the league champs and fielded a strong side. my favourite player was Ray Graydon and he missed two pens. I was gutted We lost 2 one

Am based in Brighton, and have not been to QPR, so hope to go to that game.  Hope it stays on the Sunday, but at least have people I can stay with if it does kick off on the Monday.
