Full marks for effort
« on: September 06, 2013, 12:06:12 PM »
I received an e-mail from Villa today telling me how much cash I had to spend after various ticket purchases (replacing that booklet of vouchers that nobody used), and recently those of us in the away scheme received the letter advertising the free away travel. Over the summer we had various communications thanking us for our support.  Of course, you could argue that they could have saved the money spent on postage and printing and knocked a pound or two off ticket prices, but I for one appreciate their attempts to make the customers feel wanted. Full marks for effort to the marketing department.

I could not buy tickets for the Spurs game online (the system would not recognise me for some reason)- so I was forced to phone up - I explained my predicament and there was no apology - I was then charged a £2 booking fee - not great customer service.

To my knowledge I've only bought 2 tickets for Norwich away this season which relatives will be going to, and I have a credit of £16.25. Unless there was a carry over from last season.

Do you have a ST this season Lizz? If so 5% of that is added to your Villa cash.

Has anyone traded in their Villa Cash for the food/drink vouchers ?

I'm curious as to whether they're general vouchers that can be used for anything or specific to the type of pie/drink etc

Best bet is to either buy merchandise or match tickets with the Villa Cash I would have thought.
