Glad City won, that QPR stayed up, now just need McLeish to fuck off!

Would rather QPR had gone down than Bolton.

McLeish out.

I wish I'd been watching the Man City game instead. I don't care if they've bought the title. At least they're entertaining!

It needed a change from ManUre, bought title or not.

Let's face it, they aren't the first to buy the title. Man Utd Have outspent others in the past too. Credit to them too though. They've got one of the worst United teams in years and still finish with their third highest points total ever.

I was thinking about this whilst putting a kitchen floor down earlier. I reckon Leeds in 92 were the last not to buy it. Before that Everton in 85, us in 81 and Forest in 78. Not withstanding overall contribution of Ferguson, Wenger and Paisley bringing through their own, they all spent comparative vast  fortunes though.

I've got no time for Taggart at all but surely the issue is that Man Utd and Arsenal buy their success on the back of having a huge support, that there is some merit in what they achieve? Chelsea and Man City just turn up with wads of dirty cash, take a couple of years to buy up a dream team, and ruin it for everyone else
