It wasn't so much that he didn't like us but just seemed so negative all the time and he could never pronounce the names correctly.

Agbonla-har indeed.

Balloon headed twit.

My memory may be failing me but my recollection of Rambo's time at Villa was a one season wonder who got a big move to Bayern Munich on the back of it.

Half a season really. But what a half a season.

I worked on the players entrance back in the days when Platt was our hero - he always had time for fans and gave autographs. When he came back from Italia 90 after scoring the goal against Belgium he had changed significantly. He had agents all around him loads of media people following him and he became a real big time Charlie.
I read somewhere once that he was to be the huge media darling until Gazza had a bit of a cry

Fantastic player - one of the best i have ever seen for Villa - shit head as a person

I met Rambo at a Sky Masters event about 7 years ago.

He was at the bar and heard my accent so asked me who i supported. I showed him my Villa tattoo and he got the round in and another couple after.

he seemed a genuinely nice bloke who said that after celtic Villa were his team
