What pisses me off about events like this is the '+ VAT'. A mere incidental 20% to those of us not able to fiddle it through the books.

Eighty quid just to sit down. It's not cheap and, with the greatest of respect to all concerned, its not as though these events are particularly rare.

Who gets the money? The club? The Hall Of Fame?
I've got a feeling it wont be the heroes of Rotterdam.

I would guess that the club will hire out the room, the FPA will be paid for their help and the promoters will take the profits.

They have booked a table of 10 for  Manfred Müller, Wolfgang Dremmler , Udo Horsmann, Hans Weiner, Klaus Augenthaler, Wolfgang Kraus, Bernd Dürnberger, Paul Breitner, Dieter Hoeness, Reinhold Mathy, with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge sitting in Ken McNaught's pocket as he did on the night of the match!

I met Gary Shaw this evening and he gave me his induction medal to hold in my hand. But more important than that he also had a European Cup Final retro shirt signed by all the European Cup Final squad players that he had promised a friend of mine a couple of months ago.
I did my best to convince him that he had promised me the shirt but he kept on saying no this ones for Shirina.
Fair play mate, I just wish you wouldn't keep on asking me obscure football trivia questions.
The man for all his faults is a true Villain.
