I agree why the hell should clubs have to pay a player his ''loyalty '' payment to transfer him when the little shit has gone and publically asked for a move.
Though this is nothing new for Spurs but what they seem to do well is get good prices for thier players and reinvest it well ,we seem to have the first part sorted the second needs work.
