The tension that day was only surpassed by 'that night' in Rotterdam the following year-

Media didn't want us to win it but we were worthy champions even if we didn't do itin
style on the last day-

To this day I can't understand why I volunteered to drive the mini bus ........we must
have stopped at every other pub on the way home along the A5 -

Spoke with Ken McNaught at Blackpool away this season and got his autograph on the
photo taken in dressing room - we had chuckle that he was the only guy with clothes on!
