Using Someone Else's Reference Number
« on: October 03, 2010, 05:56:03 PM »
hopefully I'm not the only one who doesn't quite understand this - can someone explain how it works when you use someone else's reference number to buy tickets? Won't VP just send the tickets to the address of the person/persons to whom the client reference number belongs?

cheers

Yes thats right, unless you are booking a number of tickets with numerous references and you also have a ST, then they will send all the tickets to you.
