Loyalty Points
« on: August 21, 2010, 09:47:34 PM »
What's the deal with the loyalty points on the online ticket site? I can't find any reference to it on the FAQs.

Cheers

Every time you buy tickets, you get awarded loyalty points.

Occasionally, the loyalty points will be awarded to the wrong people.

Your loyalty point count will usually seem to be an entirely random number.

When we reach Wembley, loyalty points will be completely ignored as a way of allocating tickets.

Sums it up. I thought they were doing away with them anyway. You also get more loyalty points for away games but when it gets to the wembley games. Away games don't come into concideration either.

Loosely connected with the loyalty points on the online ticket site - does anyone know how I can change my settings so that in "transaction history" I can see all transactions instead of just the online ones?  There used to be a drop down option but I can't see one since the site changed.

Thanks.  The Blackburn transaction is now showing so I'm not too concerned about the historic ones any more - as long as I can see how much I'm being charged currently.

Incidentally, I'm still being given loyalty points - I didn't think they were being used any more.
