He seems a good bloke. The main things I gathered from what he said was that the training ground seems more relaxed and happy since MON left, The board regret giving so much control to MON, and Kevin Macdonald is a great bloke but won't hang around if a management job comes up somewhere.  oh, and Matt and MON won't be keeping in touch or be on each others christmas card lists!
