Agreed paulie. They are the only one of the 'traditional' big four to turn a profit recently. The big reduction in their debt though, was mainly due to them selling the last of the Highbury flats. They won't get that money every year.

True, but what they've done is plan their move to the new stadium and how they were going to pay for it, rather than just borrow a shed load of cash and throw it at the project.

Very astutely handled, when you look at what they've gone from to what they've got.
