Has anyone heard when the tickets for the first home games will be on sale??
I have messaged the club, but had no response back yet

Not sure but I think the first home game of last season went on sale 12 days before the actual match - so we'd be lookign at 25 july if similar timescales this time around. Memberships haven't even gone on sale yet...

Just want to make sure I don’t miss the first game going on sale as I want to take my boy to his first game at VP

Well, after a bit of stress because I didn’t have the accounts linked together properly, I finally managed to get my boy his first ticket at VP
I now have a very excited little lad

Yes, trying to get 2 tickets for my daughters, keep saying I've exceeded limitations.
Unusual for Villa to make ticket buying difficult. Still haven't received my Season Ticket either..

That is the problem we are encountering. I imagine the phone lines will be busy tomorrow morning now.

I can get West Ham tickets online as an ST holder. If it says you're not eligible suggest double checking that you are definitely logged in as the website always logs me out each time causing mild panic when it says I don't meet the criteria when I'm sure I do.

Not sure how far you got cd but trying to assign tickets to non members was the problem.

I tried several times online after 5pm yesterday but was told that the members of my group were not eligible (though they all have a Fan ID). There must have been a glitch in the system. I tried again online this morning and got the tickets with no problems

Oh okay, I didn't try that I was just checking if they were available. Dunno then mate probably best phoning them if you can get through.
I think sometimes there is an issue matching Fan ID with the new online ID they installed at the start of last season. It caused me problems last season when renewing my ST. I think they had a "." or an additional space in my address which was causing issues.
