Post by: cdbearsfan on May 31, 2022, 09:22:06 AM: I'm glad it isn't just me that always looks at where Lawrenson's opponent in the predictions game is from, just so that I can be annoyed when he (it's always a "he") turns out to be from some pointless nowhere town at least 200 miles from the club he claims to support. I award myself bonus points of irritation when it's a Man U fan mentioning how much they have suffered recently.

Post by: Nev on May 31, 2022, 09:39:08 AM: There is a "live feed" on the Birmingham and Black Country section of the BBC website and I noticed this season that there always seemed to be far more stories about the Mind The Gappers than there was about us. I got so suspicious towards the end of the season I started to count them and on average it was around 5/6 to 1 in their favour. I can only put it down to a mischievous editor and it will be interesting to see if it continues next season and indeed through the summer.

I know, I need to get out more.
