Get a cheap prebook return to Euston then just use you contactless card/pay device on the London network.
Suggested route is to take the Northern Line to London Bridge then the fast train to Norwood Junction. It's a slightly longer walk than Selhurst or Thornton Heath but you avoid the crawler line from Victoria.
-
Walk to St Pancras. Usually a half hourly to Norwood Junction from there. Engineering work permitting. Cheaper than tube as well.
-
Cheers both
-
Edit. Ended up making other plans so don't need a ticket now.

Anyone else remember a time when they couldn't give away tickets to the away end at Selhurst Park?...
-
Any recommendations for pubs around St Pancras?
-
Euston Flyer or Mabel’s Tavern, don’t know what their policy is on match days though.

Just checked the trains to Euston - not even selling tickets to get down there on trainline.com...says sold out on everything after 8.15am departure! Last time i went to palace - the Grealish alleged dive day, the train was half empty all the way down.

There's availability on Chiltern lines from Moor Street to Marylebone, which we've plumped for. You can get the tube then, from Baker Street to London Bridge.
-
Still looking out for 1 ticket if anyone knows of one. Ta

No trains from Victoria at all tomorrow, so as mentioned London Bridge and train to Norwood Junction, might have a beer around London Bridge!!

Looking for 3 tickets for a friend in the area that's been let down last minute. Thank you!

I live very close to Selhurst. Anyone with a last minute spare, please let me know and I can meet at the ground. Many thanks.

Well, it allowed Dorset Villa to contact me to let me know he had a spare. Thanks for that Richard, and to the Bournemouth Lion who was forced to give up his ticket too.
