Marvelous Dave.
Love the comment about getting out the ground about the same time as we used to get out after a 3pm kick off. Remember those days all too well.

Nice one Dave.
Lots of memories from that place - and not all bad!
Joachim scoring the only goal in one away win and Crouchy blowing a kiss to the Villa faithful after scoring.
I think we won that 3-1 (?)

Pure quality from my mentor there.

That's brilliant Dave.

Good stuff.
It’s still a horrible place to visit but for different reasons.
I would rather spend time with Old School Chelsea supporters than the modern equivalent.
A soulless piss pot ground wrapped in corporatism.

That's brilliant Dave.
Thanks Daz.

I have bad memories of one particularly cold and wet midweek game at Stamford Bridge in the early nineties.
We lost 2-0 and If my memory is correct the goals were scored by Vinny Jones and Andy Townsend. Again if my memory serves me right the attendance that night was closer to 14,000 than 40,000.

I went there late 90s in the league cup- may have been Terry’s debut for them. We got spanked 4 or 5 nil. Not really expecting any points, just want it to be a decent match and a respectable score if we lose. Buendia and Martinez are big misses for us. But Watkins andBailey back…

I went in I think 2004, sat in the posh seats in the main stand with my then CEO's season tickets. They were in their Mourinho pomp and had started the season like a train, hadn't conceded a goal.
We hadn't got a prayer but it was a free jolly, so of course then Luke Moore puts us in front a minute before half time and I went up, couldn't help myself, and had to endure a nervy 60 seconds before Frank Lampard put them level. May have been the posh seats but I was still getting some heat.
They scored again I the second half and I was able to leave in peace with my pride and face still intact.
