Couldn't see a thread on here.
All my points seem to have been deleted? Not a major thing as they don't buy a lot, but just wondered if anyone else had problems logging in etc...

My Son had his points disappear last week, he messaged them on twitter and they told him they would be returned and said sorry for the inconvenience.

I thought I'd bring this up again as all my reward points have vanished again.

I collected some bags last week and they told me that last season's points had now expired.

There were I think emailed warnings of a use by date. I got a girls cap & captains bag (ball, pump, armband, etc) so not just tat, little one was chuffed.

The thing is, they take all your points away then stick up items for 200-500 points which you can't get because they've taken your points away.
