From London Transport:
METROPOLITAN LINE: Saturday 29 February and Sunday 1 March, no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge. Replacement buses operate.

Just saw this as well. What a pain. I’ve used Rayners Lane in the past so now it looks like starting at Harrow on the Hill. What’s the parking like there? Don’t think the station car park is as big as Rayners Lane.

We always park at Sudbury Town Train Station. Never busy, cheap. You can park a mini bus. Easy walk to the ground.

Hello Villans!
Adam from The Hive London here.
I just wanted to let you all know that we have an exclusive and amazing offer, only available for Aston Villa fans going to Wembley for the Carabao Cup Final on Sunday, March 1st. The offer includes parking, drinking and eating before and after the game.
We're just two stops away from Wembley on the Jubilee Line making your day that much easier!
We already have two coaches booked in, full of Claret and Blue, and we'd love for you to join us here for what is set to be a fantastic day.
Please note: The Hive London will be a Man City free zone!

Thinking now of driving to Chalfont & Latimer. This is on the Amersham/Chesham branch of Metropolitan line which is running as normal apparently. Looks to be more parking there.

Good choice, quite a way out but there's loads of parking.

That's a long way out but looks good for people heading down from Brum.
Amersham and Chesham are so far out of London that despite having Tube stations, for Rugby purposes, they're in the South West :o
