Yes, I realise its ridiculous, but my booking history is poor at the moment, having just bought from other folks.
Anyway, may as well be the first!
I'd like just the 1 ticket but my brother would be grateful if I got 2!

Usually the clubs only get around 32-33k we have 30k season ticket holders so its going to be tough to get a ticket let alone 2.
I dont think people will get put off thats its city and we will likely lose and pretty heavily so will be a scramble for tickets.

How do I check who I'm linked to on my ticket reference? Want to sit next to my dad and want to check I'm setup to do that in advance rather than having it all go wrong after waiting half an hour to get on once the tickets are actually on sale.

On the ticket section of the website. When I booked semi final tickets it showed which references were linked to me.

Ta. I was hoping to do it before buying the tickets just in case it went wrong cos didn't want to sit in a virtual queue for an hour then have to start again. I've rang the ticket office and they said that I need the person who is in a group with my dad to ring and confirm that he is happy for me to be added to their group.

Cheers mate. Think we have resolved it now. I had to phone and then the person who is in charge of my dad's "group" had to phone too to confirm he knew me. Bit of a faff but, hopefully, sorted. 👍🏿

Yeh quite strange to go back and change the criteria.
Although I was surprised by the play off final criteria, I managed to get a ticket despite living abroad and only getting to the odd game. I guess there were more available for the play off final.
Tempted to head down to Wembley for the game anyhow.
Only after 1 single ticket so you never know.

Yes - The only criteria to have been changed involves non-season ticket holders.

We have 3 season tickets so should be able to book after 5pm today - even had an email from club at 5.03pm - have clicked the link - I can select 3 seats but it won't let me buy them?
Any ideas?

Probably stating the obvious , but have you re-assigned each seat to the other client references ?

I have 3 seats and then choose the type of tickets then button is blue I click on it and it turns red and says I can't but at this time.
They won't go to basket so I can't assign to each individual ID

Bit rubbish cos you might lose any specific seats, but if you've been logged in for a long time, perhaps try signing out and back in again.

Have tried several times but will do it again then wait till morning and ring the ticket office. Thanks for your help.
I have checked my history - the 3 tickets have had different histories - mine is 40+ years my son only 5 - grandson only 3 - but we can usually book online for away games.

Took about an hour to get through on the phone this morning. Found out that the online system had decided to make my son the only one who could book the tickets - when I have always done the booking. Got tickets in the area I wanted so no real problem - but whoever messes with the online system should be sent to watch Small Heath as a punishment.

Should be sometime between 1.30 and 2, just a warning I went last year on their Stourbridge coach and it didn't have any toilets.

Sorry Oscar, it's games attended. The club confirmed that the Spurs game was the last game to count towards it.

I’ve booked up to go down there by coach through the club. Has anyone done this before? We they need expecting everyone to get straight on the coach after the game or do they give a bit of time to celebrate with the players?

There's time to watch the players etc, go to the loo but not sneak off for a cheeky pint or 2. Strictly no alcohol or hot food on the coach either. The police can turn back any convoy with alcohol on board.
The plus is you are at Wembley and not queuing for trains etc. and can leave food and large bags etc. on the coach as it will be locked.

Just as you know I am a true fan upto this year had season ticket for about 20 years - was due to move overseas so didn’t renew then when didn’t happen ended up on waiting list

Absolutely gutted to be missing my first Wembley Villa appearance since my first in 1971.
Annoyingly, I had a 7 match record this season, just outside the last category, and logged on at 5 last night to scramble for the 167 tickets that were available to no avail.
So go and win the Cup for me, and to all of you lucky people have a great day!

Not long to go, and it's just occurred to me that my tickets haven't come. Anybody else not got theirs? First day of the second window I ordered. I did get another couple of copies of the original confirmation email from the club on the 20th, which seemed odd.

On Twitter, send a message to AVFC support, quoting your client ref. They'll be able to confirm when your tickets were posted.

Funnily enough I also had a villa dream last night.
We won a game at Villa Park under the floodlights with a late goal, which went to VAR and was surprisingly given.
Think this might be the Chelsea game in a few weeks rather than the final, but you never know! ;)

Hi!
I am looking for a ticket for a young friend who will be travelling in hope, so can meet to exchange ticket/cash on the day if needs be.
He is a proper fan and has always made it to Wembley before but gave up his ST last year for genuine reasons (just as we got promoted! - the anti glory hunter!)
If anyone has one please bear him in mind.
