Way people were talking I was expecting similar to what Brighton put out in league cup v us.

Is Hause back to full fitness? If so i thibk having him on the bench as left back cover would have been the smart move. Especially when you consider his aerial ability. Burnley scored 2 goals fron headers with relative ease. As for the game im going for a 3-1 win for the Villa boys. (More in hope than expectarion)

This is only Conor's third league start of the season so he dosen't keep getting picked.
Think it's a case of keeping midfield tight as Norwich are good at pressing and quick passing so we could easily get overrun in that area.

I think it's a decent enough set up. 4 in midfield vs 3 and two wingers is the way to go away from home. Luiz has to earn back his spot and Conor didn't do anything to lose his spot. There will goals in this game.

I’m hugely concerned we will start the second period like we did vs Burnley. So today is a huge chance to mentally put all the disappointments so far this season behind us, score a third and go home with the points.

We've done very well pressing their midfield and disrupting their building from the back, also kept Pukki very quiet this half.

True and you'd normally expect El Ghazi to do that but today, at least in the first 20-30 minutes he's been playing more inside and supporting Wesley. He looks so much better than the usual waste of a shirt he normally is. Even his goals didn't hide his poor performances. Smith might be onto something here and we may actually have a more than decent player on our hands. I've certainly been impressed.
McGinn has been playing more on the right so you'd expect him to cover along with Marvelous and El Ghazi. The way we've set up the right side will be a problem but something Fred seems to be able to deal with. Risky business but the team look better overall.

I went to Belgium last year and had loads of different ones i hadn't heard of and they were all fucking ace. The 8/8.5% beers tasted better than most 5% over here and the 11% were pretty palatable as well.
