Today we go for our 10th straight win. In honour of that and as an inspiration I present you the greatest number 10 in club history - Sir Sidney Cowans.

Great to see Kodjia back in the starting line up and Tommy on the bench also. Hopefully Axel and Tammy will return for the final games and playoffs.

Hope it's not a game too far for Whelan. A bit disappointed for Keinan, I think he's done enough to earn a start but in fairness to Danger he was lethal at Rotherham and were it not for injury, would have got action in the last two games.
Good to see Elphick fit to be on the bench, we just don't have a consistent pairing at the back due to injuries this season. Incredible the number of combos we've had back there since August.

Getting Tammy and Axel back in time for the play offs will be a huge boost, just in time, and will give other teams a real headache.
I like Kodjia but was hoping for the physicality of Davis today.

I think I might have gone for Davis to rough up their defence a bit for Danger to come on second half - they have a good record of conceding after the 75th minute.

I think this is going to our toughest test. A few out and Millwall battling to stay in the league with a few decent results behind them. Saying that 3pts today locks us into the playoffs for me.

I met Sid at a Halloween party in the Aston Social about five years ago. I bought a strip of raffle tickets and one of them was number 10 so I asked him to sign the back of my raffle ticket. My wife asked me what I would do if I won the raffle but I told her I would rather keep the signed ticket than have whatever the prize was. Which was all irrelevant anyway in the end as I didn't win anything.
I thought it was a scrappy first half but their keeper has looked solid when tested.
I presume they don't bother with many pitch side microphones for the 'Red Button' games as every one I watch sounds like it is being played in a half full stadium.

Thought we went about that just right, always unpredictable against sides like this and so easy to slip up, playing with patience and maturity, Jack is so dangerous on the ball, Kodja right side of the defender for the goal, well taken, other lads doing their bit, expect Millwall to throw everything at us as the game goes on but we can hold them and hopefully firm this up with another.

Watching Whelan play, I'm left with the idea Dean Smith told him he needs to move the ball around quicker. To his credit, he looks like another player to the one pre-Smith and seems to be enjoying playing some proper football. He's letting the ball do the work and Millwall must be knackered chasing it.

At one point, because all three players at the time; Adomah, AEG and Bolasie were useless I thought Dean Smith might even do away with wingers. But it’s great to see us have effective and dangerous wingers. It’s not Villa without it.
