Last season was the same, lower tier first then the upper was allocated, in Bolton's current situation I am sure they want to make as much £££ as possible so no doubt we will get both
-
Anyone know what the final allocation is likely to be?
I could buy mine now but have to wait so I can get my son one next to me. Bit annoying that the criteria drops from ST holders with 6 aways straight down to just ST holders, meaning his 3 aways basically count for nothing.
-
4800 last season, you will all get a ticket once the upper is allocated.
-
If anyone could please let me know if they have a spare. Many thanks.

Anyone with access to the site?
I can only purchase on Friday.
I don't want to sit downstairs and want to wait for upstairs to become available. Anyone any idea how many are left downstairs?
Cheers in advance.

https://www.efl.com/news/2019/april/efl-statement-bolton-wanderers/
The EFL has today been informed that the Safety Advisory Group (SAG), responsible for issuing the general safety certificate at Bolton Wanderers, has placed a prohibition notice on the Club under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
As a result, all supporters will be prevented from entering the University of Bolton Stadium until the Club can demonstrate that the stadium can deliver the matchday operation to the standard required.
Prior to the meeting, called by the SAG, the Club confirmed it would be unable to commit to meet the obligations of its safety certificate until after a scheduled appearance at the High Court tomorrow (3 April).
SAG members concluded this would be a challenging timeframe to put an adequate plan in place to protect the safety of fans during upcoming home fixtures against Ipswich Town on Saturday 6 April and Middlesbrough on Tuesday 9 April.
The EFL is currently engaged with the Club in regard to how they intend to meet their fixture obligations.
SAG is a multi-agency panel which includes Bolton Council, Greater Manchester Police, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, North West Ambulance Service and St John Ambulance.
An EFL Spokesman said: “Whilst disappointed, the EFL understands the rationale for the position taken by the SAG at this time. However, we still hope the fixtures will take place as planned. We will work with the Club and offer them any practical assistance that is available to us in an attempt to find a successful and timely resolution to the issue.”

Have we got the upper tier yet?

I phoned the club as I held off as I wanted upper tier tickets, bloke said its very unlikely due to the stadium issues that they are having, but what is currently at 6+ games? They would of easily gone
Bolton missing a trick in their financial situation
-
2 blocks of upper tier now on sale. Strange
-
With no seats to purchase
-
If anybody has a spare I would be interested. I am in the away scheme but did not apply for a ticket as I expected to be working but now I will be ok for the game.
-
i can sort you out for Bolton if you havent got sorted mate
-
That sounds great. Thank you. Are you at the Bristol City game. Sorry I am struggling to use the messaging service.
-
Does anyone know if an extra allocation is still likely? Massively frustrating if not, as it sold out when only down to 6 aways. We could easily take 5k to this I reckon.
-
I'd have thought this will only force Villa fans getting home tickets. Strange decision by Bolton
-
The AVFC support twitter account is saying they have an extra allocation which is due to go on sale "in the near future"
-
I have been told only another 1100 on sale upstairs. Still haven't got mine so hopefully it's true.
-

Yeah - quite easy to buy as well - just create an account - no record of previos purchase necessary
-
Looks like they’re on sale now, still need 6+ aways though.
On sale to just season ticket holders tomorrow.
-
The other 1100 sold out. We won't be receiving the other 1100+ apparently.
We could have sold double the 3500 and more.
-
Very easy to buy in Bolton end for those wishing. Stick to the west stand though
-
Can you buy me one please ?
-
After 2 tickets for this if anyone can help, cheers
-
Have people brought from Bolton yet? If so what areas are people buying ...its simple to register and buy

-
fantastic - got two thanks to my lads Cub membership- sweet
-
12 left.
-
Got mine earlier in the week. Sure it was only £28 for the upstairs. Not sure why the other half is £32?
-
Long shot but I am looking for 3 for this game
doesn’t matter if one is a child’s ticket
-
Cant buy tickets in the Bolton areas now without prior booking history. Bugger.
-
Bolton don't help themselves ,they really don't. I have tried buying a ticket in the Bolton areas .Apart from Everton and Liverpool ,Bolton are along with Wigan my nearest club .While they have registered me and i can purchase tickets for their last two home matches ,they are refusing to sell tickets for the Villa match without prior booking history .You would think the mess they are in they would jump at the chance to sell more tickets
-
Probably because they've seen an uptick in purchases in home areas linked it to Villa fans.
-
I phoned them up and spoke to a very helpful chap. He said that they were swamped with ticket purchases from the Midlands so had to block sale for security reasons to people without a booking history. He wouldn't tell me if they will sell tickets on the day though.
-
If the game was at risk of not being staged due to existing concerns that they would not be able to provide adequate security, they are hardly likely to compound the issue by allowing unrestricted ticket sales in all areas.
-
I've 1 spare, pm if interested
