Be lovely to think we will win again but they are on a good run. I'd settle for a draw here and 3 points Friday.

Conor to replace SJM is probably the only change from Saturday.

It's a shame McGinn is suspended for this as I thought he was fab on saturday.

If Connor see this as an opportunity he needs to grab a hatrick or some kind of dynamo midfield performance to unsurp JM.

Yep or Whelan or Jedinak come in and Bjarnason pushes a bit further forward.

Lets hope Saturday has instilled some confidence

Same team - maybe Whelan in for JMcG with Bjorn a little further forward of the 2

And I hope he has told Jack to not hold the ball so long

1-0 us

They will fall into our trap. We will capture ourselves a canary. Villa win 3-1

Norwich are a typical Championship team.Consistent only in their inconsistency. They were conceding quite a few goals earlier in the season but seem to have tightened up in the last few games.

I have gone for the draw. 1-1 I reckon.

They're on a great run, but who knows! Anything is possible now. A rivetting 2-2.

Going to set off at half 1 for this beast.

I'd go with;

Nyland

Taylor
Chester
Tuanzebe
Hutton

Hourihane
Thor

Bolasie
Grealish
Albert

Tammy

I'd only go for Jedinak instead of McGinn not only because the latter is suspended but because with Thor and Hourihane, we are physically a bit lightweight in the middle of the park.  Tough game this one and anything other than a loss is positive methinks.

Main game on Sky I believe.  So no need for red button if you have NowTV

They're strong at set-pieces but nothing special in open-play. The key may be in not conceding silly free-kicks and corners and taking the chances that Deano will make sure we create.

Lost last two visits, can see us getting beat in this one. But then Steve Bruce isn't our boss anymore. Prove me wrong please, Deano. 2-1 Norwich.

For some reason forgot we were playing tomorrow despite it being a full midweek round, was looking more at the QPR game on Friday.

Tough schedule and we've been poor there last two seasons (one of the few fixtures getting Lambert back would actually help as his record there was amazing).

Would take a point no question and then beat QPR. Norwich had a slow start and looked to be having another bottom half season but they've been in great form last 6 weeks and won at Forest at the weekend.

Can see us losing this 2-1.

Tough game.  I’d take the draw now, and of course the win on Friday...would set us up nicely

The past two performances we've not laid a glove on them.

So insipid and lifeless.

With the quality up top we have and if we can ensure we're as keen on the press, then we'll cause them problems.

Tough 0-0. If you are going by car don't  forget to go in the BP garage on the A11 at Thickthorn and ask about Alan Partridge.  It drives them mad and they are all Narch fans.

Or just go in and buy loads of windscreen washer fluid.

This one is going to be tough, they seem to be playing ok. I'll go for a 1-2 though. Abraham and Grealish with ours. Robert Fleck with theirs. Bolasie to have a poor game and is confronted in the Linton Travel Tavern after the game by an angry fan with a big plate.

I would start with Conor in place of McGinn but baring in mind we have QPR on Friday that's three games in six days so will he rest some players for the QPR game to keep them fresh but I reckon we will win 2-1 whatever team he puts out.

Big effort Saturday so concerned we don’t have the fitness levels yet to press with such intensity again.

He enforced change of McGinn May oddly help in that respect.

4 points from the next 2 will be a good return.

Having picked up a good home win at the weekend I would take a draw away to Norwich.  Their in good form and are looking like possible Play-Off dark horses.  1-1 Jack to get his first goal in awhile.

All I know is that we will not set up to defend, hold out and try to nick one eventually conceding and then not knowing what to do

We will set up to attempt to win the game - whether we do is open atm as confidence is everything

As only Man City have scored more league goals in the top four divisions in 2018 than Villa I think we'll outscore Norwich 3 goals to 1 !

And Wes hoolahan with the assists
Not celebrating either.

Oh and what price Lambert as part of the panel tonight . High price he is .

Going by stats on passing Hourihane 100% in 8 minutes he was on v Swansea so think he logical replacement otherwise looking at Glenn Give me the ball Whelan .

Either way both can supplement the midfielder Bjarnasson and I think having 1 of these 2 as Jedinak doubtful is the way it will be .

With Jedinak and Mcginn missing there should be a few places on bench for grabs as think rest of starting team licks itself . Same from Swansea .

Call me a ridiculously optimistic/deluded old sod, but I'm thinking we're gonna win tonight. A trademark 'cheeky 2-1 to the good guys' would be bostin, so please make it be so Mr Smith. ;)

The big Lisbon meet up to watch the game tonight with my good self, Pauliewalnuts and Bad English has just been canceled as Mrs Bad English won't let him out to play with the big boys. ;)

If Steve Bruce was still in charge a night of Fado would be a more entertaining and cheerful event. Not sure how we'll get on tonight but I'd take a draw right now.

I am ok with any result tonight. I think minimum we should get a draw but if we lose fine it will show up weaknesses to our new coaching team and they will hopefully be able to rectify those and start winning matches consistently soon. I do not want a false dawn.

Anyway if lose it will be Steve Bruce's fault ;)

also I think the three games in quick succession is good for the new coaching team,
gives them chance to see what they have in a short time

Btw.  'Energy levels dropped' are the new kinder modern words for 'not fit enough'
