Just seen on the OS that this years Supporters Player Of The Year voting line is open I've just voted it was a tough decision you could have chose anyone of a number from Albert, Snoddy, Terry, Chester, Jack, Conor it was hard to chose but I went for Sam Johnstone I just think he's been immense for us made some outstanding saves so I gave him my vote who will you vote for.
-
That is a courageous vote. :-)
-
Chester
-
Snodgrass.
Honourable mentions to Hutton, Chester, Johnstone and Terry. No doubt Jack will win despite missing so many games.
-
I've gone for uncle Albert.
Not a first choice for Steve Bruce at the start of the season but he didn't sulk and took his chance when it came.
Without his goals we would be mid table.
-
I include every first team player that's played this season it's going to be difficult to chose one player but interesting to see who wins.
-
I wonder when voting closes? I'm going to leave it as late as possible as it's too close to call and the crucial part is still to go.
-
Micah or Gabby it’s a tough call.
-
This is a tad premature. We aren't West Bromwich Albion, our season isn't over in March.
-
I'd go for Chester. Or maybe Snodgrass.
-
I'd go for Chester. Or maybe Snodgrass.
Its a toss up between those two for me, too. Snodgrass might just edge it for the effect he has had on galvanising the team.

And he also looks like some sort of imperial swashbuckler. Or maybe a Scottish rifleman in Zulu.
EDIT and before anyone tells me, I know, they were Welsh.
-
without a hint of the homoerotic, for me it's Albert.
-
Voting closes midnight 13th April which gives us 6 more matches (including the Leeds game for those that want to leave it until the very last minute) to decide.
-
For me it's a real close thing between 5 players but I'd put in this order...
1. Johnstone - looked a top half PL goalkeeper all season.
2. Adomah - 15 goals from the wing. Really ?!!
3. Chester - Consistantly immense all season, PL quality
4. Terry - see Chester, but with just the odd gaffe
5. Snodgrass - got better as the season went on, grafts, creates, scores. Great all rounder.
And if Grealish had been fit all season playing like he has the last 2 months he'd have probably been no 1
-
Gone for The Snodfather. Could have made a case for Chester or Adomah.

They were Midlanders. The Welsh are history thieves.

After recent seasons, isn't it a refreshing change to have a choice of worthy candidates? Or for that matter any worthy candidates?

I still remember when Stephen Ireland "won" 😂
-
Right now it's between Chester, Adomah and Snodgrass and the case for each has been made already. If the vote completed after the end of the season as it should then with potentially 12 games to go there'd be plenty of time for that to change. For me deciding it in April is a bit like calling man of the match after 80minutes when the game is 0-0 and both teams are chasing the winner, there's still far too much time for something special to happen.
As is I think the only way that it won't be on of those 3 is if we win 6 on the trot and Grealish plays like he did against wolves in all of them. If that happens then he clearly has to be considered because, as I said on his thread, it would mean that his form has inspired us to shift from battling to make the play offs to battling for automatic promotion and any player who has that sort of impact is in with a shout even if others have been more consistently solid but less brilliant.
-
There are some worthy candidates. Johnstone, Hutton, Snodders and even Elmo has been decent but for me it has to be Uncle Albert. Not just for his goal tally which has been impressive but for the goals he's set up as well.

And his dances.

Not wanting to make light of his footballing achievements, but with a wealth of candidates on the basis of football, it is probably his dancing that makes Albert edge it for me!
The reason being that its just one of those daft things that has helped to re-bond the fans and players after a few years of us actively hating each other!
You need genuinely likeable characters like him around, they make a real difference. The 15 goals have definitely helped me like him too!
-
Someone in the Holte End really should have popped a crown on his head after the goal against Blues.

Our very own Prince Albert.
-
Never thought I would be saying this but...Alan Hutton.
-
Adomah or Chester. Albert probably edges it for me.
-
Close call but Snoddy for me. Love that man.
I agree with Paul, if we have an amazing run to promotion and Jack carries on like he has he would also be well worthy.
-
Can we have a poll, please?
-
Poll added, I think i've included everyone in contention.
-
Maybe just me but I cannot see any reason for someone to vote for Johnstone
Albert / Snodgrass / Chester - and if pushed Albert
-

You scamp.
-
You're right. I probably shouldn't have included Appleyard.
-
Too early for me to vote yet, I'll wait until the end of the season
-
It would be from a shortlist of four for me. Adomah, Snodgrass, Grealish and Terry. Probably in that order to be honest. Although I would be more than happy for Grabban to keep up his scoring record and end up being the new David Platt and stealing the show in the last months of the season.
-
Why isn't Terry in the poll?
-
He is.
-
Chester in my opinion.
-
Appleyard is all right, but the trouble with him is that you just can't play him in the same back four as John Terry.
-
Lets Vote Richards as player of the season, Hopefully it'll help fool someone into signing him.
-
a poll for worst player of the year would be revealing. Thor would have won that one comfortably early doors !

Worst Player of the year is easy: Micah Richards - He has earned to be voted Worse Player Of The Year every year for at least a decade with a high chance of that being increased. In fact it's the only thing he has earned since the parasite signed for us.
-
I have voted Adomah. Hutton was also in the running for it until his injury.
-
Prince Albert
-
The player I've most enjoyed watching is Grealish, so despite the relatively short number of games he's played I voted him. I like the whole team, which isn't something I've been able to say for years.
-
Snoddy.
-
Too early with 9 games to go....
-
Chester dependable, reliable and consistent.
-
Albert, Chester, Johnstone
-
If you talk about who has the best quality in their position in the squad and has been showing it consistently it would be Johnstone so he gets my vote. If you talk about who my favourite is, it would be Albert. If you talk about who has been our best player since we've been in the championship it would be Chester (although Kodjia has been injured this season). If you talk about who you now expect (fingers crossed) will be our best player for the run in it would be Grealish. Terry and Snodders have also had brilliant seasons, Hutton, Elhomody and Jedinak very good ones. It goes to show how much we've improved that no one has mentioned Jedinak who was probably our third best player last season and hasn't really dropped his standard this season despite the injurys. Other players have also contributed quite well, Hogan, Hourahane, Davis and finally Thor. It really has been a great season so far.
-
Micah fucking Richard.
Hutton or Snodgrass for me.
-
James Chester.
When he actually had a couple of dodgy games, people went into meltdown. For me, one of the best signings we've made in recent years.
-
Too early with 9 games to go....
My vote goes to the scorer of the winning goal in play offs😊
-

That'll be Neil Taylor with the winning penalty in the shoot out then....
-
Chester
-
I went Grealish because I can't not, but delighted to see Chester getting as many mentions as he deserves too, he's been brilliant.
-
Chester for me. If he'd not been on top of his game we'd have taken a worse pummelling when Terry was out.
-
The shit thing is 3 of the top 5 who most people have mentioned won’t be here next season

My heart would
love it to be a Hutton screamer into the top corner. To be honest he would have meant it as a cross.
Can just hear the Scottish Cafu echoing around Wembley😊😊
-
Micah fucking Richard.
No, you're getting him confused with Cliff fucking Richard
