Anybody know when Brentford tickets will go on sale?

It's been a bit of a lucky dip with away tickets but at a guess I'd say the first week in Jan.

im hoping that ticket sales will be delayed until early Jan because i'm up an Alp next week and might not have internet access to buy my ticket.

Just in case away scheme members have not seen this. Villa just emailed this over.
Dear Away scheme member
Our game against Brentford football club will go on sale next week and money will be debited from your account by 5pm on Wednesday 4th January.
The club have been issued the following tickets for this match:
1,050 standing tickets (Adults £25; Overs 65’s £19; Under 25’s £17; Under 18’s £8)
550 seats (Adults £30; Overs 65’s £24; Under 25’s £22; Under 18’s £8)
Our fans will be housed in the Brook Road stand which has two levels, seating on the upper level, which is only accessible via two flights of stairs and a standing terrace on the lower level.
Away scheme members will be automatically issued seats for the game unless you indicate that you prefer to stand on the terrace by 9am on Wednesday 4th January via return email to ticketsales@avfc.co.uk

I'll be swapping to standing then.
A little unfair to automatically allocate us away schemers to the seats as it means they're all sold out on day 1.

Anybody know when the criteria changes to 7 aways ? I can't seem to find any details on the OS!

Choosing 'Best Available' gave me message saying sold out (this was at 17:01 yesterday). However, by picking one of the 'Areas' it worked fine.
I think that there was a similar bug on a previous fixture.

I think that there was a similar bug on a previous fixture.
On further investigation, seems that for a game I couldn't make, I had offered my reference to a fellow poster which went unused when the fixture sold out. I'll need to have the engine running at 4:50 for the next lot and keep my fingers crossed.

True, however all away scheme members were emailed and given the option to swap their seat for a standing ticket if they preferred, which me and my mate have done.

Everyone stands up anyway so it doesn't really matter, you'll just be stood in front of a plastic seat rather than a terrace.

We will have 3 spares if anyone needs them I work nights and cannot get that night off. We are members of the away scheme, they are 1 adult and 2 under 18's.
I emailed villa and swapped to the lower standing area terrace rather than the upper seats so it is the cheaper price.
Villa have taken the money but the tickets are not here yet but I suspect they will appear late this week or early next.

Due to work commitments I can no longer make Tuesday's game (gutted, I was looking forward to visiting a new ground).
Therefore my ticket is going spare but due to time constraints it will probably need collecting from me in Knowle.
