Looking for season ticket holder with plenty of credits from last year. Have booked train and only a couple of away credits under my ref.
-
Hi WW
I will have two tickets for Bristol available, one a concession. Face value
-
How? They're not on sale yet, are they?
-
If he's in the away scheme then he will automatically get them.
-
Ah, I see.
-
Yes, I am in the away scheme and I am on holiday for that game.
-
First time I have got the begging bowl out but if anybody has two adult tickets together it would be most appreciated. Going to take the old man down. Cheers.
-
If WW doesn't get back to me shortly, you can have the pair. How old is the "old Man" and will he pass for the older concession
-
On the lookout for one ticket for a mate if anyone has one spare. Cheers

Proper old - 70.

Tony - have been sorted for Bristol when the tickets go on sale.
Many thanks
Up the Villa
-
When do the tickets go on sale?
Anyone got two adult tickets spare, or will have when they go on sale?

I'm also after two tickets for this game, if anyone can help, please?. More than happy to take two singles, if available. Thanks in advance.
-
Was expecting to pay more than £30 for this so well chuffed with the price.
-
They don't seem to be giving much notice this season, do they? By the time I can purchase tickets it'll only be eleven days until the game. Doesn't leave much scope for getting cheap train tickets (or hotels, if people want to stay over).

I'm sorted now, thanks to some kind folks.
-
Can I jump on this thread please.
I'm after two tickets or ref. numbers for this match if anyone has them please?
My brother lives down in Wells so going to make an August Bank holiday down at his, incorporating the match, whilst our other halves go out into Bristol.
Plus some of his mates are City fans, so it'd mean something a bit more for him. Especially as they've ripped the piss out of him all last season, so, hopefully, getting a win over them would give him a chance to take the piss back!

Sent you a pm CGBB

Still looking for a ticket if anyone can help...cheers all

Sold out.

Bollocks. After two spares if anyone can help out. Was just eligible for mine this morning. 🙁
-
Has anyone received their ticket yet?
-
No, I haven't.
-
No not yet ...
-
Says something when even Season Ticket holders are missing out on away tickets.
-
Yes, they seem much later this year.
Our tickets came through this morning
-
If anyone has any spares, I'd be very grateful!
-
They're on general sale in the home ends. Seen a few of our fans on Twitter with tickets in their end.

From an email I received Saturday morning
"Having checked your booking history the Bristol City ticket is waiting to be posted to you. This will be sent first class to arrive in time for the game next Saturday."
I think this translates to...."oops, we've missed one"
-
Ours came yesterday.
-
Anyone else braving it in the home end then? 8)
-
If anyone has a spare away ticket I'd be interested....
-
Still no sign of my ticket. Anybody else still waiting ?

I'm going to Saturday's match with my 8 year old lad. We are being dropped in Bristol by my wife as she's visiting a friend in Bath while we're at the match.
So I was wondering does anyone know is there much to do in Bristol to kill a couple of hours before the match?
Even though I'll have the lad with me, decent child friendly pubs are an acceptable suggestion!

Cheers Stu

Hi Stu - I won't need the coach travel but a match ticket would be grand if you'd sell separately?

Probably the best option - but Bristol Museum is also pretty decent for a kid of that age. Big on the stuffed animals and skeletons.
And free.
-
Weather forecast not looking good. Could be more than drizzle in Brizzle.

Plenty of parking in the city, 25>30 minutes walk to the ground (I'll probably park at The Thekla or Portwall and walk from there)
There's a P&R towards the airport on the A370 that would be less of a walk but I don't know if they allow non-riders to park.
Free parking in the Brunel Lock area but some locations have time restrictions, even on a weekend.
SSGB would be a good spot but since its a Bank Hol w/e, that might be a bit busy.
There's the normal schools and businesses around the ground but I don't know which if any do matchday parking.
NB - The Bedminster Cricket Club website is saying that they are NOT doing parking this weekend http://bedminstercc.co.uk/
-
Appreciate the advice. A lot may depend on how long we've got. I'm kind of dreading the M5 tomorrow already. Bank holiday weekend, roadworks, bad weather = long delays likely!

The M5 Worcester/Droitwich roadworks mean that I'm leaving around an hour or early for every home game
Might be worth considering coming down via Evesham is the M5 is looking jammed up in the roadworks

Still searching for a ticket. My closet game all season (1.5 Hours!) so very frustrating not to get in. I will probably go anyway and try and pick up a ticket

Stuffed Skeletons sound like a cool idea.

Cheers for these tips. Am staying with friends in Redland tonight but need to get back to London pronto after the game so cant just leave the car at theirs.

Someone on H&V has just offered me a ticket. Great news that I will now make the game!
