Title: iPad login issues

No matter what I do, I cannot login from my iPad.

I've changed password via Windows laptop and then tried with iPad and I get

An Error Has Occured

Sorry, but you've reached your login attempts threshold.  Please wait 30 seconds and try again later.


I do and still no joy.  Dave Shelley has the same issue, see thread in Technical Support.

Try Android. Use Firefox. Get a Mac.

As far as l can determine there are no problems with the software that would cause this.

There were some reports of problems with IOS7 and IOS7.1 but l believe updates had eradicated these.

The only other references were to being automatically 'logged out' but this is due to the settings on your devices.

I will continue to investigate.

Can't access from any iOS or OSX device now only work Windows machine.
Won't let me change password.
Says my session has timed out when I try and do a password reset from an iOS or OSX device.

My iPad is logging me out every time I leave the page, despite me being logged in forever. Any ideas?

I thought that was normal.
Constantly re- logging in on iPad!

If it isn't, I am also interested!

Mine's done it again as did my MacBook.

Says my session has timed out when I try and do a password reset from an iOS or OSX device

Fixed on MacBook by logging out, clearing history & restarting browser, same on iPad via settings and was able to login again 'forever'
