"do not score lads"
-
Got twelve. Nice idea for a quiz but would've been better if it had included quotes from loads of ex-Villa managers going back decades, rather than just the most recent incompetents.
-
"We are not fickle, we just sing away from home".
-
6 - they've all merged/morphed into one.
4.5 years of being brow beaten has got us here.
I suspect if I go back and do this quiz 22 times at regular intervals, say every 3 months, I'd get 22 different scores.

Ditto 6.... you are right, they are all sound-bites you can hear all of them saying, although at least Houllier looked like he had a clue and a style of play he wanted to implement.

Spot on. I got six as well and any of those quotes could have come from any of those managers.
-
Glad to see I'm not on my own with six. Most of them were guesses too.
-
10.
-
I put Lambert down for every answer and did tremendous.
-
I got to question 8 and had to stop as I was getting too depressed.
-
I still can't believe Alex McLeish managed Aston Villa Football Club.
-
Reoccurring theme there isn't there.
The sad fact is each question could be any of them.

Exactly! Frightening similarity between them, which is why I scored 7 / 22 (law of averages: 1 in three chance of getting it right).
-
I got 12, although the 'we go again' one was a bit tough.
-
I put a lot of effort in, I nearly won it at he death, I did nae score but was fantastic out there and played really really well.
Really proud of my self, I go agin
-
I thought i was excellent. 10 out of 10 (22)
-
8. All guesses except we go again.
-
7.
-
10
As others have said, it's like trying to sort out between 3 shades of beige.
-
11.
-
I gave up. They're not exactly 'Do you want to bet against us?' memorable.
-
Ha enjoyed that one.
Only 11 but tended to get easier to choose by the end as the more confident/arrogant answers were Houllier.
Anyone going to own up to getting the "we go again" quote wrong. ;)
-
9. That was a really grim exercise.
-
My dog, a German Shepherd called Frabbo, sensed that I was not happy with the task at hand and started howling like a wolf. So I had to take him out and put the ghastliness out of my mind.
Man's best friend, no doubt.
-

As was the "I love Liverpool FC" one!!
-
9 - After a bit the quotes all start to merge into one and you can imagine any one of the three saying them.
-
9, and I got virtually all the Houllier ones wrong. Probably because I don't think of him as negatively as the other two.
-
9
Its all depressing
-
I got 10 all guessed apart from 2
If I did it again straight away I don't reckon I would improve on my score
