Are we allowed to ask why?
Of course you can.
Viagogo are supposed to pay the site 7% commission on any sales where someone has bought tickets through them using the links on this site. I am not sure that their number of sales is correct, so l am trying to get some idea.

No, but must say I would if I had known that

The tickets are issued by Villa. Prices charged cannot be higher than face value (before fees are added). How is that touting?
-
No. I'm glad i clicked on this though, i never realised the site would get commission.

Also, you need a customer order number to get a ticket. Basically a way for season ticket holders to get some dosh for games which they cannot attend and for the club to get some extra revenue.
Vaguely interesting side point: how does this feed into attendance figures?
-
When I buy a seat using Viagogo it has my Villa customer reference printed on. So really struggle to see the touting angle.
I assume that the ST would count as one. It won't matter who uses it or if it has been sold by the holder on Viagogo as it is still the same seat reserved regardless of who is sat in it.
The ones sold by the club will be added to the attendance the same as any ticket sold by the club.

Neither of the 'Tickets' links shown in the first pic appear on my screen. Maybe my AdBlocker is stopping them showing.
-
I don't have Forum Rules, Predictions, Fanzine, Tickets or Donate Here in my header either.
-
That's no excuse!
(bloody upgrades)
-
Oooh! Nice.

The links along the top are showing up now but I've still not got "Heroes Links" or "Donate Now" on the left of the page
-
Click on the (very small) button at the top RHS of the page above previous/next.

What info is required to get copies of the tickets from the Ticket Office?
My Hull tickets haven't arrived or been flagged as sent so a little concerned

When I collected them from VP in the past I just had to give the name, and possibly address. Just take something official with your name and address on to be on the safe side. Log into your Viagogo account, click on "My account" and then "purchases". It should have info on your ticket there including how to contact them. When did you buy it, as you have to collect if bought close to the game.
Bizarrely, I noticed today that it costs an extra £3 to collect a Viagogo ticket from the ticket office on match day than it does for it to be posted.
