The boys season ticket arrived this morning with a nice new watch and lots of nice stuff in the pack - mine not here yet but his also includes the code for AVTV so I can use that one !

Same here very impressed- a tad disappointed that AVTV is not accessible from an ipad as flash adobe not recognised- does any one know a work round?

Flash can't run on an iPad. One of Apple's MANY flaws :-)

I was going to say that re Apple if you can find a working flash solution then you really have a got a winner for millions of Apple users - myself included !

The AVTV thing is very frustrating, I wish they'd have emailed us the code as soon as we renewed.

I was going to say that re Apple if you can find a working flash solution then you really have a got a winner for millions of Apple users - myself included !
Skyfire app works on many sites for flash.Don't know about abode though.

Mine arrived this morning in normal post. The first letter of my surname is bang in the middle of the alphabet (M), so don't think they're being sent out alphabetically - clearly they're sending to the best looking people first :)
Must say I'm impressed with the pack. Much better than the old plastic wallet of tickets in an envelope with a compliment slip, or last year's 'just use the previous year's card'. AVTV is a bonus for me as I've never used it, and there's some free tea/coffee/pie vouchers and a couple of discounts off programmes and other stuff. Haven't had time to look at the DVD yet but have to say very well done to the Villa on this.

Ours were here when we got back of holiday today. They were sent by second class post. We now have a plague to put on our seat with the words 'Reserved. Season Ticket Holder.' Wonder how long that will last.

Mines arrived. The plastic fixture card seems a bit pointless with all the date changes you get.
Regarding plaques on seats, the little numbers on the back rest section came off ours about two years ago. My brother printed off our first names on some circular sticky paper to fit into the approximately 3/4" diameter indentation. I think they are a bit weathered now and I need to get him to make some new ones.

I joined up for this ostensibly to see the Saunders interview a month or so ago and have made sure that I have cancelled my subscription, which will happen at the end of this month.
I have followed the instructions to the letter and it says that I should see three boxes when I sign in :
My Account
Buy
Sign Out
The first and third one are there, but not the crucial buy box and without that I can't go and put my code in to sign up for the season.
Any assistance gratefully received.

Flash is soon-to-be obsolete thanks to html5, so you could argue that Apple are ahead of the curve on this.

Most ridiculous negative comment I have seen on here in ages. I cant stand people being negative before we have even started. You could at least wait until the 3-0 defeat at Fulham. ???

All three of mine arrived yesterday morning.
I was in London on business and my 6 year old was so excited he had to phone me to tell me.
The kids pack has so great features, the posters the mag and the watch as well as the different top to the box.
It is my wife's first season ticket and she thought the whole packaging of it was great.

My AVTV subscription has expired and my season ticket has not arrived so I am in limbo.
Does everybody have the same instructions and code? If so would somebody care to be bold and let me know? I have paid for it after all - two months ago!

But while we're on the subject, a watch, subs to AVTV and a fancy booklet.......what about us poor pensioners who can't afford a season ticket?
I've given 56 years loyal service to the cause through thick and thin and all I get is a few quid off the price of a ticket when I can afford it. How about 'Pensioners For A Tenner' for two or three games a season?
Post made tongue in cheek unless the General or someone else in the hierarchy reads this. :) :-*

Mine came today. I couldn't find the Rolex, but there was a plastic badge, which broke when I tried to remove it from the backing paper and had to be superglued back together, and a car sticker, which I won't be using in case I take the car to Liverpool. The whole package is nicely presented and the marketing people have made an effort, though overall I'd say the pack is more show than substance. The main benefit is probably the free subscription to AVTV, though the DVD, with Ian Taylor presenting, is pretty good.

Mine came this morning, really nice pack. I haven't got a watch but I got a pin badge (similar to the one given out v Sunderland last season) with The Bells Are Ringing on.
Also got a car sticker with TBAR on too. Don't have a car but will probably stick it on my GF's... Then again, some nose might do her windows.
Can't wait to see the Saunders interview on AVTV.

Don't get too excited about the vouchers
Mr Clogger and I tried to redeem our free coffee voucher last night at the Hereford match. Guy behind the counter said no you have to buy 2 and then get one free. To be fair the small print on the back says free coffee or tea when purchasing two
"But there's only 2 of us" says Mr C " why would we want 3 coffees?" "Doesn't it mean buy 2 pay for 1?"
Bloke behind counter shrugs. We shrug and hand over £4, pocket the vouchers and trundle off muttering
What's the point of that offer? What if you come on your own? I know it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things but don't send me a voucher saying have a free coffee and then put bizarre terms and conditions on the back
Strangely the pie voucher appears to have no such special terms and conditions - that is yet to be tested.................
