We had one of these threads last year for us to admire / take the piss out of other teams new kit designs, post them on here when you see them.
Anyway, this is Tamuff's, it's a bit of a throwback to our late 80's shirts, a period us Tamworth fans look back on with pride, it was the begining of our fightback from near oblivion to the top flight of non-league, and it's back to our traditional red/black home and white away kits, I therefore like them!

Nice to see the Lambs catering for amputees, but what does the home kit for people with arms look like?

Nice shirt, but shame about the heretic claret shorts and socks.
-
Burnley... not such a nice claret kit.

Coventry go retro...

I like Motherwell's.

-
Ignoring Newcastle's, that's two great retro strips from Puma. I'm sure that Motherwell's will be subsequently be ruined with the sponsor's name on the maroon band.
-
The new France away kit is, well, very French...

Nice home strip, shite away strip.

Rochdale's club shop will be an interesting palette next season...

I like the away one, even if they do seem to have nicked it off Harchester.

Luv that away kit.
Chelsea's was on display yesterday I see. Looks decent. I prefer the Adidas kits to any other.
-
That SHA one PTV posted is fake. It's the France home top.
-
To change topic slightly, I've decided to buy my first retro kit this summer. If I happen to like our new kit, I'll buy both.
I'll be less of a tight git than usual.

Unless they are giving it the full Spinal Tap cucumber, these chaps appear to be most impressed with the photographer's charms.

Another in a long series of awful Bolton shirts. Reebok aren't doing the town they started in much of a service, are they? I think you've got to go back to their 1995-7 kit for one that doesn't make a mes of a plain white shirt with navy trim, but judge for yourselves (http://historicalkits.co.uk/Bolton_Wanderers/Bolton_Wanderers.htm).

Interesting to see that we have gone the full sartorial circle in relation to shorts, which are no longer short again.
1884 to 1886 are my favourites from the collection.

Maybe its an ode to Dion Dublin's sandwich box?

The only good thing about that shithole is the A45 out of it. There's always been an elephant in their badge - there's actually a building just off that shitty ring road that's built in the shape of an elephant (honestly). I think it's something to do with what their women look like or something.
-
Is that an elephant on Covs badge? WTF has an elephant got to do with Coventry.
The elephant is a heraldic symbol representing strength. It appears on the city of Coventry's coat of arms, as incidentally, it also does on Bolton's arms. In fact, if you want to, you can do the Elephant Trail around Bolton town centre finding representations of all things proboscine.
-
has it been confirmed about Villa's kit being the chequered top with white socks that was on JJB the other week?

It's all over the place in Colchester as well. Or do I mean Chelmsford? These Essex towns...

Was confirmed as a fake knocked up by the JJB art department, I believe.

I really like the Barcelona one think it looks cool.
-
It's the only living creature that can acurately recall their solitary cup win.
You mean the one thirty years after our last one?
-
So what do the Qatar foundation do? Or are Barca just paying for 2022?
-
That Barcelona kit is terrible. Far too busy.
-
That's horrible.
-
Barca finally having a commercial sponsor - a sad day but an inevitable sign of the times I suppose
-

Shame the new kits is so poor considering the current season's kit is great.
-
The new Barca kit sponsors are a Educational Foundation but rich enough to stump up £150M over 5 years. UNICEF moves to the back of the shirt.
-
Pep Guardiola was an amabassador for Qatar's World cup bid ( in which Spain voted for them)
Apparantly without the deal barcelona were in a bit of trouble as they are $700 mil in debt thier marketing director said without this sponsership they would of had to sell players.
-
I really like that Barca kit. Deeper blues and reds than the current, looks good.
-
I think it's a horrible looking shirt.

I think it's a horrible looking shirt.
Me too, dreadful.
Wouldn't mind the players who wear that shirt to wear our shirt mind - in fact, they could wear claret and blue pj's for all I'd care !

The new France away kit is, well, very French...

No, but it is hand-wash only.

I hate to say it but that Coventry kit is really nice. Puma do some cracking kits.

This might be the finest shirt of all time.

I'm surprised that City Link are happy having a white logo on Coventry's sky blue shirt - almost invisible.

Thank fuck I'm not the only one that thinks that!

Bad news -white flag.
Good news -not having to apologise for illegal wars in the Middle East.

I like it too. The simple ones that adhere best to the official colours of the club, not some multi-coloured monstronsities are always the best.
-
^^^^^^
Seriously?? you just Quoted the very same joke Hookey!
-
D'OH Note to self **Dont just write the first thing that comes into my head without reading the previous post*** :(

I like it too and generally agree about Puma, but don't they do Spurs kit, which this season is pants?
Great minds think alike Hookey.
-
I'd like to see a adidas villa kit
-
Why does the Coventry shirt have built-in comedy breasts?
-
I'd like to see a adidas villa kit
I worry we'd look like West Ham of the 80s with Adidas?

Imagine the outcry 3 claret stripes down the arms would cause.
-
I don't recall such an outcry when we endured the Hummel chevrons, but I agree the sleeve should be pure.

The chevrons came off in the wash and there was hell to pay on H&V.
It was carnage, and became known as Chevrongate.

Mick Quinn?
Actually, shitting hell, this from Wikipedia:
When the 1992–93 season began, Quinn was no longer a first choice player in the team and on 20 November 1992 he was sold to Coventry City for £250,000 after an undisclosed bid from Aston Villa was rejected.
Was anyone else aware of this?
Is that the trunk road?
Tusk. EDIT: Ach, just seen that Dave Cooper got that gag in first.

I like the one that comes up second but would expect that I would be in a minority.
-
Whatever happens, I hope the quality of the merchandise is better than this season. Stopped into the club shop at VP today to get some swag before I went home. Was really disappointed at a lot of the stuff on show. It has to be better in the future.

Didn't the fat bastard score a hat-trick against us on Boxing Day that season? It might have been worth £250k if only to have got three points from that game.
Don't ever remember us being linked with him though. We had Deano, Dalian, Yorke and Regis, go knows what we'd have wanted Quinn for.
-

I could put up with that. The sleeves are just about blue enough to fit my minimum requirement of 'claret shirt, blue sleeves'. Better than that other one. I haven't seen such a horrible check in a Villa shirt since Baros left.
Sorry.

And that the new kit is available before the start of the season.
When will the new England top be out by the way?

Mr Woodhall, could you please clear up this matter?
-
I know we were after a short-term striker at the time - we were linked with John Aldridge. Micky Quinn though, ugggh. That's just plain dirty.
-
John Aldridge. Even Mick Harford was mentioned. But can't recall Quinn being linked. Not the fat one anyroad.

Anyone seen that West Brom have signed a deal with adidas?
I may be saying this because the missus is a Baggies fan, but I'm quite eager to see what they'll come up with, there...
...although I get a feeling it'll be a blue and white version of Stoke City's 11/12 kit.

Here's another good'n for next season:
Celtic third
(http://www.footballshirtculture.com/images/celtic-11-12-nike-third-football-shirt-a.jpg)
Buzzzzzzzzzzz...
-
That's rank.
-
Are you sure that's their third kit and not their turd kit?
Looks awful. Even worse than that away kit from two years or so back.
