How do they fare then?
Mine on Sunday so obviously counting the Stoke game as the nearest.
Looked back over the last 10 years and our results around this date are surprisingly good.
April 25th 2010- beat SHA 1-0.
April 25th 2009- 1-1 at Bolton.
April 27th 2008- 2-2 at Everton (although I also count the 5-1 over SHA as that was on the 20th.)
April 26th 2007- 0-0 with Pompey.
April 25th 2004- 1-1 at home to Bolton.
April 24th 2004- 2-1 at Boro (last minute Crouch winner).
Not too bad really cue a weekend loss to Stoke.
How do we do around yours, include a 17-0 win over some Swedish pub team if yours is in July! ;)

22/11/1997 We beat Everton 2-1 at home after conceding an early penalty. Sat in the Doug Ellis Upper with my mate - a Scouse Evertonian - and my neutral dad. Savo and Ehiogu scored ours and Collymore had one of his better games having a goal chalked off in the second half.
Thats the one that comes to mind, i am sure theres more.

5th May 1957 - and every year since I prey for match never mind a win !
-
Recent ones from memory, these were either on the date of my birthday or the game closest to it: ipswich 0-0 villa, southampton 2-2 villa (we were 2-0 up), villa 0-2 blackburn, blues 2-0 villa, everton 4-1 villa, villa 0-0 liverpool, villa 0-1 sunderland, liverpool 5-0 villa, villa 2-2 wolves, villa 0-1 wolves.
Just had a look and the last time we won on the weekend closest to my birthday was in 1997, we beat Blackburn away 2-0.

My birthday's in March. Need I say more?
-
My birthday's in June . At least the day has never been soured by a Villa defeat
-
My Birthday is Christmas day :( so at least i have not seen them lose or win
-
Mine''s 14th February. All I can remember is a particularly horrible home defeat to Coventry City.
-
My birthday's in March. Need I say more?
Mine's in March aswell and last season it was the day of the Chelsea game - needless to say the gloss was taken off the day.
-

Mine is Mid October and always clashes with an international game.

You in The Bartons afterwards then, I'll stump up a pint for your birthday.

Mine is Mid October
October 15 for me.
The most memorable games I've seen on that date:
Villa 3 Norwich 0 - 15/10/1977 (Gray, Cowans, Little - what a trio of scorers)
Villa1 Blues 0 - 15/10/1983 (Withe's shot trickling over the muddy line, Blues missing a pen, Noel Blake head butting Steve McMahon....)
-
Off the top of my head I think our home game against Fulham a few years ago was on my birthday. 30th August.
We won 2-1 with a last minute Maloney goal and it was a sunny day, I had an ice cream before the match.
Somebody will probably point out that it wasn't actually on the 30th now....

Villa have played on my actual birthday, both this season and last.
The Good - 13/9/2009 Blose 0 Villa 1
The Bad - 13/9/2010 Stoke 2 Villa 1
-
Phil King made my Birthday a memorable one :-)
-
I remember us losing 1-0 at home against Man U on my 21st.
-
Mine's the 18 May so usually the season is over.
The FA cup final on 20 May 2000 is the worst villa defeat I associate with a birthday.
-
Mine has happened just once in my lifetime that I'm aware of, certainly only once since the 80's and it was a good un.
24th May 2009
Villa Park
Villa 1-0 Newcastle
Barcodes relegated!!! Due to the date being so far at the end of May the league doesn't go on that long but that season the fixtures were pushed back 2 weeks. Result!
This year we have Liverpool at home on May 22nd, which is not my b'day but it's only 2 days away so I'm claiming it as a piss up anyway.
-
June for me, no football, just the agonsing wait for news of any new signings.
-
Carling cup final day. What a birthday that could of been!
But then there was the one against Manchester united!!!!

Mine is May 23rd so I guess I'll just spare myself the research and go with yours.

My 40th was 1st December 2010 - Doh!

It wasn't.
We did beat Chelsea 2-0 on the 1st September that season though...
-
Lots of May babies on this thread! We're the best!
-
My 40th was 1st December 2010 - Doh!
I'm November 30th and the game that sticks out for me was Villa 0 Arsenal 4 in 1986-87, shudder!
-
I've got the same birthday as William McGregor! Does that count? (13th April)
Anyway, whilst trawling for a match on the date in question, this came up.

This slideshow reminded me of some cracking players and a fantastic club.

28th May so invariably the seasons over and no games, though I'm led to believe there was a game on 26th May one year so nearly.
-
27th May 1957.
We won the Cup 23 days before I popped into the world. I'd like to see us win it before I leave.

28 October, usually coincides with us crashing out the League Cup to Leicester!
-
I remember beating Arsenal the day before mine a few years back.
I was certain we'd lose until Gabby got our second.
-
Feb 21st 1996 - We drew 0-0 at home to Arsenal in the 2nd Leg of the League Cup Semi and got to Wembley. My 15th Birthday.

Anyone who was at the Moscow home match two seasons ago has a flag with my birthday printed on it, February 18th. 1-1 on the night. We all know what happened next.
Otherwise, when Villa have played on that date since I was born:
1-1 away at Arsenal in 1984;
2-1 win away at Sheffield Wednesday in 1995;
0-2 home defeat to Manchester United in 1998.
My birthday usually clashes with FA Cup 5th round weekend, so we hardly ever have a game these days :(
