Title: Could I do that ?

Ask Aston Villa if I could use their hydro pool at Bodymoor Heath for ice bath treatment to help my right calf. Who should I ask ? Paula Ratcliffe swore on them for recovery. I can't do it at home as I don't have a bath at home (we used power shower)

Paula Radcliffe runs marathons and needs an ice bath afterwards.

All YOU need to do is eat a healthy BALANCED diet, exercise properly, and do a proper stretching routine.

SPA - there are no easy answers and quick fixes.

Forget Bodymoor Heath.

See if Dave Dubya will let you into Woodhall Mansions where the bathing facilities are famously opulent. Just don't ask him if he got the money from Doug which will (not)  result in an early bath.

In my natty pink gymslip, it's normally legs and buns.

I wouldn't lift another guys anything though, that's just weird.

I find the best problem for a troublesome calf is a good crack across the hindquarters with a stick.   If that fails a humane killer to the forehead ends the problem.   Besides, Houllier is trying to weed out the animals at Bodymoor.
