Got to vp today and went to get bent on my shirt and went to pay at till and it was free. Nice gesture and there's a great buzz around the club

Agreed about the bus, can't wait for the game tonight - Villa Park's gonna rock once more.

He is our record signing, best striker etc. If you want to have him on your shirt do it. Screw what anyone with the mental age of 9 would think!
And that goes if his name is Darren Bent or a dutch striker called Ruud Van Buttmuncher!

Abit sad if you ask me, the lads started a thread to let people know about a great offer and people are more concerned what people 'might think' having our record signings name on his shirt.

Yes correct. Sad that we still make this association. Homosexual men are NOT bent. However another connotation of bent is a shady character bordering on or associated with criminal activity.

It's a fucking football shirt for Pete's sake! Any oaf will know it's a players or your name and not your sexuality.
