JuSt watched a fabulous press conference again by holloway on sky- reminded me of watching cloughie in his pomp as he spoke controversially but truthfully about referees and FIFA-how refreshing to see a manager come out and say what he really thinks no matter what.
Do posters on here share my views or see him as a bit of a nutter ?

I think he's a bit of a twat.
-
I saw him do an interview last night on Sky about the Rooney thing, he made a bit of a fool of himself.
-
I like him.
Haven't seen the Rooney comments, but it's refreshing to see a Manager who says it as it is and with humour.
Football needs the Holloways of this world.
-
Decent bloke, his book is good.
Needs to be mindful of not becoming a rent-a-mouth for Sky.
-
I like him.
Talks incoherent sense.
-
I like him. Manager of the year If Blackpool stay up and I hope they do..
-
I quite like him, but he is a bit too rent-a-quote at times. I'd probably get a bit sick of it if I supported a club he was at, I bit like I started to with Gregory.
I enjoyed his book though, and it was only a quid from one the cheapo shops in town. I mean the Holloway book, not the Gregory one. Although the Gregory one was all right as well. Much better than the shite by Merson. I think i'll stop rambling and hit the post button now. Whooops, that was the preview button, I think this one is the

he is amusing.. very witty..
although extremely hypocritical of him to slate the rooney situation, when he himself walked out on plymouth argyle to join leicester...
-
Just watched it.
Funny at the end when the female reporter asks timidly post rant' Ian, have you got any injury problems ' !!!!

Both. I think he's a complete mentalist and I really like him.

Normally I like Olly (and not just because he sounds a bit like me) but this rant was completely nonsensical
-
We need people like him in the game - give me a rant like that any day over the bland and media trained monotiny of most of them
-
Holloway is alright in my book.
-
I do like him but i fear he will become a parody of himself
-
He makes me laugh.
-
I like the man.
-
Harry Redknobb won't be happy - Holloway is taking the media spotlight off him

Holloway FOR ENGERLAND!
-
I can't help but like him. His interviews are usually more fun than most.
-
I like him, but I also think he's a cock.
-
I like him but wouldn't want him to manage us.
-
The guys quality. It's great having him in the Prem. He is easy pickings for the reporters, because they know he's a shoot from the hip and very passionate guy. He'll always give them something.
But it's clear he loves the game, and doesn't like the smell of his own farts like some managers (Wenger). It's always abundantly clear how much Ollie loves football and the better aspects of the game in particular. He puts his all into his work too.
Class act. Hope he's in the Prem for many years to come.
-
Alright by me.
-
He makes some good points about the game being run by idiots, and he had a right go at Rooney so he is alright in my book!
-
He's a bit of an oddball and I hope when the inevitable backlash starts the same media types who are currently pissing in his pocket will go easy on him.
Doubt it though.
Seems to confuse himself at times so I personally don't see merit in the Cloughie comparisons. Decent bloke but might need to familiarise himself with the concept of less is more when it comes to the media. Or just talk about his own club.
-
I think he is brilliant, absolute breathe of fresh air.
-
Decent bloke, but has become the go-to man for an off-the-cuff rent-a-quote if the media need one.
-
I like him, but I also think he's a cock.
Fair play to you for admitting you like cock.

Holloway FOR ENGERLAND!
That's pretty much the only thing that could rekindle my interest in the England side again.
-
I've heard more coherent, articulate rants at 11pm in my local.
