If the Premier League introduced hydration breaks, we might have more chance of starting the second half on time.

And before anyone else uses the 115 length of time etc, it is essentially one charge which we have accepted and not used the wealth of a country to fight tooth and nail.

Yeah, it's petty, but it's a known rule and it happened in nearly a quarter of our matches. Must do better.
